Reporting and Assessment

Reports to Parents

During this academic year, parents and carers will receive two reports on their child’s progress.  The first one page report will be sent home to parents during the Autumn Term 2.  The end of year report will be sent home during the Summer Term 2.

Meet the Teacher sessions

At the start of the new academic year we hold ‘Meet the Teacher’ sessions where parents and carers are invited to come into school and meet their new child’s teacher.  During this session the teachers will share with you vital information regarding the learning your child will be introduced to over the academic year, inform you of any class trips, behaviour and uniform expectations.

Parents' Evenings

Face to face meetings with your child’s subject teacher is an essential aspect of the reporting process and help to maintain excellent home-school relationships. We hold our meetings during the Spring Term 2 and these are to provide parents with an opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss specific progress and achievements in individual subjects.

If you are unable to make the dates for either ‘Meet the Teacher’ or Parents’ Evening, please contact the school and we will offer alternative dates and times.
